Returns Policy

Restocking fees may apply see below for more information.

Processing fees will no longer be refunded to your account when A full or partial refund is issued due to credit card square no longer refunding it and some credit providers.

Customized or special order item(s) and products shipped direct from the manufacturer/supplier cannot be returned.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective item please contact us immediately within 1 business day for the next steps.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee will be issued for return requests and will be deducted from the return amount. For commercial locations, and residential locations, the fee is 30% of the item(s) cost. The restocking fee helps cover the costs of restocking item(s).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
