CLEVELAND Electric Kettle, tri-leg mounted, self-contained, and stationary, with a 2/3 steam jacket. The kettle and supports are made from type 304 stainless steel. Rated at 50 PSI (3.5 bar boiling pan) with a safety valve and a permanently filled steam jacket. Features a spring-assisted domed cover, providing 1.50" freeboard above rated batch sizes. Includes a splash-proof solid-state temperature control system (±1° C) and safety control system in a plug-in module with LED indicators. Base mounted for floor bolting with three tri-bolt flanges and a 2" (50 mm) diameter tangent draw-off valve
