All items if accepted may be subject to a restock charge . Special order items are not returnable.

Processing fees will no longer be refunded to your account when A full or partial refund is issued due to credit card square no longer refunding it and some credit providers.

OEM & Generic part numbers

Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part numbers are given as a reference tool only as well as the Generic #'s. No inference or implication, beyond that of a useful reference tool, should be taken nor is intended. The products contained in this catalog are selected by AllPoints as replacement parts for the identified original equipment. These replacement parts are not authorized, sponsored or endorsed by the OEM. All OEM names mentioned in this website are registered trademarks.

Warranty and liability

Each item carries the full warranty of the manufacturer. Any liability claim will be limited to the purchase price. Shipping and/or labor charges are not covered. SoCold assumes no obligation on the part of any manufacturer except to process warranty claims to the manufacturer on behalf of our customers. Individual manufacturer's warranty policies will be provided upon request.

Commercial Use: No warranty is offered to consumers, as defined in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. All items sold are intended for resale, business use, or equipment manufacture and warranted against defects in workmanship or materials only to the extent of the warranty supplied by the manufacturer.

On our site, some of our lowest priced items are listed as generic. In other words, we do not have a specific vendor name associated with the product. The product is sourced from a variety of vendors according to price and availability so we may both quickly and fairly accommodate your needs. We do our best in updating our site with any changes in the products and there may be instances where there is a slight variance in the look and feel of the product due to a change in vendors. However, the intended application of the product will remain the same. Image Color Policy

Our Images Department makes every effort to portray the color of an item as accurately as possible on our site. However, depending on your monitor settings, the color of an item may appear different than in person. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color displayed on your monitor.

Certain types of products, such as textiles and fabrics, are subject to dye lot variations inherent to their manufacturing process. If you are trying to match an existing product in your possession, please contact us and we will accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

Image Policy

We try to provide the most accurate images of our products as possible. However, some product images prove difficult or impossible to obtain. In these cases, we will use the closest representative image we can find for the product. STORAGE FEE'S REPAIRS - LIENS & SALE

SoCold reserves the right to sell an article that is subject to a lien upon the expiration of the sixty-day period following the day the invoice is not paid, storage fee's, repair fee's and all other associated costs will be charged and determined at SoColds discretion. No other agreement supersedes this notice of these terms and conditions. Storage fee's are based on day 1 the equipment arrives and will continue till removed, storage is never free .Storage will be based on size of equipment and charged a daily rate determined by SoCold.
